Even if we were to grant his assumption that ethics are solved by the empirical observation of consequences (which we won't), I'd like to understand how you'd empirically determine if something was "good" . Is there a math equation? Or is he going to apply the philosophical ethics theories to the empirical evidence and make a subjective judgement?
